The term “brutalism” was coined in the 1950's when architects were working with concrete and steel, creating blocky building designs. Monday Design Studio definitely enjoys moments when the worlds of fashion and interior design intersect - a very recent example is the capsule collection by noted fashion designer Alexander Wang created for venerable furniture manufacturer Poltrona Frau. That said, an $8,800 leather bean bag chair? Hmmmmm....
  The design team at Monday Design Studio tend to shy away from "pairs" of things, but the guys are totally taken by these two companion pieces by Canadian artist Dominic Lecavalier.
